2026 & beyond

Stacks Image 7078
Greetings to you all as we enter 2026. For some, you will be in the middle of winter; for others, it will be a much warmer climate. For me, I'm taking a break visiting my son and family in Australia. However, while relaxing here, my mind has been thinking of those involved and connected with our work. That includes you. So please remember, as you think and pray for us, we too are thinking and praying for you.

2025 saw the work of Global Passion accelerate in the Balkans and beyond. Prayers were answered, untold numbers came to know Jesus as their Saviour, and the Word of God is going out to so many places now. I would love to tell you how things are going for 2026 in the Far East, but right now things are so sensitive that we don't want any harm to come to those involved. Through your prayers, you have all been part of this.

We give God the praise and glory and are looking to Him for greater things this year. Can I trust God for greater things? I must.

God bless you all.

Into 2026

Stacks Image 7064
Greetings in the Wonderful Name of Jesus our Lord and Saviour. As we draw close to the end of 2025, reports are still coming in of the way God is answering yours and our Prayers. The photo is of the Baptist Church in Makutano, Kenya, where young and older people are being discipled in living a Christian life, A camp of 300 plus children from 24 churches gathered and heard the gospel message. Many gave their lives to Jesus. The need for Bibles there is great there.

UK: - Bob Elliot, who I spoke about before with Pastor Ian, was able to go around the hospital and sing carols and share the gospel with those who enquired, also give out mince pies. God is working in the hearts of so many. For Steve Loader working at the Seafarer centre, Bristol, he is able to reach people from all around the world, what a task, what a responsibility.

Austria: - Men are meeting regularly for discipleship training, pray for brother Gerhard who is leading it.

Serbia: - So much is happening there and the opportunities are endless. The youth conference which I shared about in a earlier message, Pray for them as they put into practice what they received.

The Missing Peace booklet is being translated into a number of new languages far beyond what we could have believed for.

God has certainly answered Prayers, as we go into 2026, let us believe God for even greater things and that many more will be prayed into His Kingdom. Let us claim those countries that are tightening up on Christian freedom for Our Lord and Master. Let us also pray for each other that we will know His Faithfulness as we serve Him wherever you are. God Bless You All.

Christmas Special

Stacks Image 7042
Greetings in the precious Name of Jesus Our Saviour, born Saviour of the World.

This is indeed true as we hold carol services and share His love to all men. Here in Bristol Royal Portbury Docks we were able to hold a carol service for the seafarers and what a turn out it was, and great to share His love with these people. Many are on the ships for up to nine months at a time and the only contact with their families is through WiFi. All of them received the booklet The Missing Peace and then we share the Love of God with them, also our love for them, to assure them that they are not forgotten and they are in our thoughts and Prayers. It's great we can reach so many people from around the world here, and yes, a number are coming to know Jesus as their Saviour.

Hot news: - Two Chinese versions of The Missing Peace Booklet will be coming off the press early in the New Year. This is wonderful news.

As we go into this Christmas period, I thank you all again for your prayer support over this past year and where ever you are, may God Bless you greatly as you spend time with friends and families. God Bless. Brother Tony

Latest News from Serbia

I believe the two photos tell they story of how happy the team are to be able to have another stand at the book fare in Nis, Southern Serbia. This is a way of sharing the Gospel with so many people, where places of Worship do not exist and social media is a great blessing. Pray for Bobin as he heads up the team there this week.

Photo 2 shows Stefan, the Pastor, with Radovan and his wife Ljilja, they handle all the accommodation and food for a three day youth conference and the young people from our church helped with making everything run smoothly, so thank you. Their smiles say it all, God answered Prayers, your Prayers, Young people travelled up to 120 miles (200km) to attend. Our church only has 40 chairs but 60 young people attended on Friday evening, so Saturday they where able to use the Hungarian Cultural Centre where up to 80 young people were expected. The feedback has been a great encouragement to us all and we are so pleased that these young people want to know more about Our Lord and Master. Thank you all again for your Prayers - Brother Tony

A cup of tea...

Stacks Image 6846
Someone sent these words to me a while back, how true they are. A cup of tea or coffee is a great missionary tool. Jesus told us in John 15 to go and bear fruit, fruit that will remain. So, we can be all missionaries in one way or another, once people get talking it's surprising what they will share, their problems and difficulties and a trust is built and you (we) can share our Saviour with them. Even Christians need someone to talk to, to be encouraged and continue walking the Christian Walk. Why have I shared this? Recently, I have had time to ponder over many things and the blessings I had when people came and asked if they could pray for me, at these times it was when I was feeling low for one reason or another and I was lifted up by their prayers. Remember the great commission. Thank you for your prayers for the work I am involved in and for the Lord's work worldwide. Praying for you - God Bless - Tony

I would like to introduce you to Stefan and his wife Daneila. Stefan is pastor of the church in Backa Palanka in Northern Serbia where I mainly go. Please pray for him as he has three weeks of camp ministry ahead of him. He is a great guy with a heart 100% for Our Lord. I will share details of other workers over the next few months. So far there have been many blessings in the camp work, not just here in Serbia but in many other countries as well. Keep Thanking and Praising God and lift up believing prayers.

News from Samuel our printer in India - A church plant has become involved in the sports ministry and five children turned up for church, last week twenty-one children came. Please pray for guidance in this work and also for their Salvation. Blessings to you all

Stephen Loader - Chaplin

“Modern religion focuses on filling churches with people, the true Gospel emphasises filling people with God” - A.W.Tozer

As I’ve mentioned before, Stephen Loader is Chaplin to the seafarers at the Royal Portbury and Avonmouth Docks, near Bristol. I recently took my friend Ray, who prays for Stephen regularly, with me to visit Stephen, he was so blessed to meet him and hear some of the stories about the contacts made on the ships.

I want to ask you to pray for the Naval and Military Bible Society (my first time hearing about them), who supply Stephen and others with Bibles in many different languages, long may this continue. The story of the day is: One of the seafarers who has come to know Jesus, sends out a verse for the week to a number of groups on different ships and other contacts. While at sea, the internet is often unavailable, but his always seem to go out and received by others. God is in control, Keep Praying, Keep Believing, Our God is All Powerful. Tony Packer.

Serbia Campsite

Stacks Image 6793
Serbia. Here are a few photos of work continuing to upgrade the campsite, a pathway leading from the meeting place (church) to the kitchen, it's very steep and slippery went wet. Summer camps will start here soon.

A young lady who went to live in Switzerland nine years ago, had a book sent to her and she surrendered her life to Our Lord. Just recently she returned to Eastern Serbia, and was baptised a few weeks ago and she has now put a gospel tract in every home in her village, she is unfire for Our Lord. Praise the Lord.

Romania, I owe you an apology, Bibin didn't attend camp as mention a few reports ago, he has now attended a camp in Padina, a small village in Serbia very close to the border. Prayers didn't go unanswered as there were blessings, a young boy who previously was very disruptive was very calm and spent time talking with Bibin. So, please do not be discouraged as you serve Him, we and the world are praying for you. Tony

July Update

Stacks Image 6771
Dear friends around the world, I'm sorry that this report is late, where did last week go? I don't know.  It was a great joy, honour and privilege to be invited to the baptismal service last Saturday 28th June, in Gloucester were a young Chinese lady (Kate) was baptised, over 60 people attended the service, followed by a BBQ.  I also had the wonderful joy of praying with Kate before and afterwards. It was also great to have fellowship afterwards and speak with many who shared their joys and their difficulties that are going on in their lives.

Keep praying and keep believing Our God for greater things, things are happening around the world and later this week I will share some more news from Serbia.

Let us at this time remember those children attending summer camp in America were many were swept away by that flood, Pray for the children and the families at this time.

God Bless - Brother Tony
