Update May 2024

May has been a busy month, and my first away trip from Bristol this year was to Haverfordwest, West Wales. Friday evening we had a home group with food afterwards and I was able to share my testimony. There were a number of unsaved there and God was speaking. With food left over we went to the local hospital to give it to the night staff working in A & E, it was a great time for witnessing.

Last weekend I spoke at my church and this past week was spent in London at a reunion of Special Projects team who worked with George Verwer (now in glory). It was a great time of sharing what God is doing around the world. This week I leave for Ireland for a conference with B E S (Bible Educational Services), I have known about them for some time now, but I believe this is the time to understand all they do and to use it in some of the areas where we work. I will send a more detailed report soon about B E S. Thank you for your prayers, stories continue to filter through from some of the toughest places on earth. Keep Praying and rejoicing, God Bless - Tony

Seafarers

Dear supporters, last week I spent some time at the Royal Portbury docks with Steve Loader at the Seafarers office at Royal Portbury Docks. Steve has a passion  to reach out to the people working on the ships that sail the world and minister not only to their practical needs but also their spiritual needs. The booklet, The Missing Peace is widely used there in different languages sharing the Love of God. One story I would like to share: - Steve made contact with a number of people on one ship, where, after the ship left port, they formed a Bible Study group on board which is still going today. Sadly the leader has been offered a officer’s position and may be put on a different ship, however, he is still continuing the Bible study through zoom with his colleagues. Please Pray for this work as some of these men are away from home for nine months at a time. Please keep Steve in your Prayers too. Thank you – God Bless, Tony.

Dear love ones around the world, in a few days time we shall be celebrating Easter, a time when many people will be attending church and hear the Easter story, let us lift them up before the throne of grace in PRAYER that Jesus will become a reality in their lives. Also PRAY for each other that has we think of the cross and the sufferings Jesus went through for us that we will give Him the rightful place in our lives.

In Serbia, outreach has continued throughout the winter months and this weekend will see a gathering of young people from Hungry and Serbia meeting together for four days. News coming in from Mumbai, India of a new church plant and many people attending and showing great interest. There have been many emails from young people who I have kept in touch with asking for prayer and sharing their burdens, though there are some disappointing messages, I am pleased that they are keeping in contact.

Thank you all again for your PRAYERS, keep praying, keep believing and we shall all see greater things. God Bless, Tony

February 2024

Dear Prayer supporters, I’ve been back for a while now, I can’t believe that a month ago I was siting in sun in Australia. It was a lovely time spent with my family, walking the dogs, going out with my two grand daughters and spending time with my son and daughter in law. However, I was able to keep in touch with what is going on, I guess the Philippines caught my attention as I was sent photos of what is going on there with the newly printed The Missing Peace Booklet.

Here are a few pic’s from the Philippines of people gratefully receiving the booklet. Another print run will be done shortly. We are still at the beginning of 2024, let us pray and believe God for more lost souls to be saved. God Bless,Tony

January 2024 Update

Philippines:-
Time flies, I’m not sure if it is two or three years since The Missing Peace was translated into Tagalog and printed in the UK. Christians in the Philippines who checked the copies were very eager to get it printed there in their country but the cost was unreal. Lily who lives in Serbia was visiting her family in the Philippines and came across a printer but in the end, he wasn’t able to do the work. After contacting two more printers, the latter one offered to print it for us at half the cost, Praise God he was a Christian. So after much prayer, God opened the door and soon it will be readily available there, this is an answer to prayer.
Serbia:-
Three Christmas Carol services were held and several outsiders came in and enjoyed the services, this is the first time this has happened. Praise God. As I write this, I received a call from Serbia and the latest news is that four Christian concerts have been held this past week and many people attended. In Backa Palanka, 11 people came in and two returned on Sunday, God answers prayer.

Tomorrow (18th January) I leave to visit my family in Australia, so my next update will be towards the end of February – God Bless You All.
